Five Skies Issues

Sewage on My Lawn - 18 days  (8/22-9/8)   Repaired to code 10/7 - 47 days

          Total of 47 days from broken pipe to proper capping on 10/7 per UDC after my 10/4 complaint to WI
         Dept of Health, Wood County.  
>>>    Windows - don't open or close; LL notified that indoor temp was 90°   16 days later they arrived to
          drill one  window open, then window could not be closed). (No AC in unit).  9 pages of photos
          describe conditions of windows.
>>>     Door operation continued to deteriorate May thru Oct 2016; slam shoulder into door to open from
           interior; key doesn't work in lock. Gap between door & floor after bottom panel fell off 5/8 lets in
           rain water, bugs, other vermin.
>>>    Neither original nor replaced back stairs were to code. Front stairs also not to code; remained
           uncorrected.
>>>    Replaced original metal back stairs with wood stairs 9/11 that were not to code & without permit;\
           resulted in my injuries on 9/16.
           I consulted Building Inspector 9/24; stairs repaired 9/26; Vacate or Pay Notice 9/28

          would be completed by mid-May.  I was still trying to get the job done 6/17.  Informed 7/01, plumber
          would not return to finish the job.

           that was one of my few requirements as indicated on initial email of 3/24. Minimal to no
           improvement in pressure; easy to maintain "pressure" was just another of Flying Squirrel Nick's lies.
     
          No doubt that he was hoping to improve iron situation with new pipes in unit.  See his 7/01 email
          (excerpt) re replacing the underground pipes & terminating my one year lease 63 days after I
          moved in & 7/03 email declaring other repairs "moot" (excerpt) if the water "can't be corrected."

           of the problem as he had already determined the cause:  the underground pipes were the problem.  

          With no repairs done on water, windows, stairs, he expected rent payment in full despite §704.07(4).
          His obvious lack of action to make any of the repairs he promised would be done "soon" several
          times along with the support of attorney to disregard  Wisconsin Statutes, Codes, & Regulations
          led me to think they would claim I had trashed the unit.  About a week or so after I moved out, I 
          returned to clean the unit as shown in the photos leaving it cleaner than it was when I moved in -
