The screens are in OR there was a verbal promise to replace the screens OR there was no written promise....
Why isn't the reality of the situation described by either Nick or Arendt? The reality isn't harmful or even deprecatory to Five Skies. Why
do they both lie?
Screens were not mentioned from 3/24 - 4/26 but for Nick's initial lie in his email of 4/20 (below).
The DATCP complaint & with pictures Arendt & Nick received provided the facts with documentation. Why the dishonest cover-up gibberish?
Seems to me that both Arendt & Kedrowski lie so often, they don't even know what they're lying about, much less why they're lying when there is documentation
of the reality, i.e., fact, truth.
From my 10/11 complaint to DATCP re screens
Having read (?) the complaint, Arendt's 10/21 response to DATCP (see previous site page
re no verbal promise made)
No screen was repaired.
No screen was replaced.
In closing his email to the DATCP, Arendt inexplicably writes on page 7:
THE REALITY (truth, facts)
Nick did not verbally promise or provide a written promise about screens.
On 3/27 he said NOTHING about screens.
In emails from 3/24 - 4/26, he wrote NOTHING about screens except the 4/20 posted above: "We have screens in."
On 5/21, Nick & Joey tacked screening fabric over
the torn, holey, & missing screens. Did he "forget" that he
did that with his son???
Serious query: WHY write such lies about promising something that is clearly documented 100% to the contrary?
You'd think lying liars would be better at lying.
BELOW: CONDITION OF SCREENS & WINDOWS ON MOVE IN OF 4/27
described with nine (9) pages of photos in 5/10 email.
I have retained a scrap of the screening fabric that was placed over the torn, holey, and missing screens.
PLEASE NOTE: Governor Walker forwarded my letter of 9/26 to Michelle Reinen, Director - Bureau of Consumer Protection/DATCP with his instructions to file an expedited complaint.
While I won't say DATCP is a worthless use of time/energy, I would say it's close to
that. DATCP has no power of enforcement. When they collect "enough" info re any particular business, landlord,...well, to be honest I don't know what they do. Send a stern "don't do that" letter, maybe. How much info is enough? How many people need to be hurt before they do whatever they do...."depends."
After Nick & Arendt sent their bogus "responses," I received an email from DATCP confirming no enforcement; their recommendation: small claims court and "Have a nice day!"
