Gov Walker"If every landlord in Wisconsin conducts their business in the manner of Five Skies LLC, you should expect a population reduction of 35% when every renter leaves Wisconsin."

Michelle ReinenDirector Bureau of Consumer Protection (DATCP)This one is very important. It is the ONLY way to file a complaint. Nothing is "done" unless there are "enough" other complaints on file. How many people need to be hurt before....what? Their only recommendation: file small claims & go to the hinky (to say the least) Wood County Court. No recourse - sue 'em or just move every couple months if the landlord chooses to violate (again & again) Wisc Chapter 704.Their website said it takes 14-90 days to process a complaint.

Mr. Wotruba tells me the stairs are "most certainly a violation of Wisconsin Uniform Dwelling Code." I should file a complaint with bldg inspector.I received a 5 day notice to pay rent that was not due or vacate 4 days after I reported it, 2 days after the stairs were brought to code.Is the water on this site "reasonably adequate" for you and your family - just in your opinion?
