He claims knowledge of unit prior to my move-in on 4/27 & wrote mendacious responses to all but
the issue of the broken door & stairs.
Nick provided an equally dishonest response about stairs. He assumed I was still in residence on
11/22 although I had contructively evicted myself earlier that month. Arendt cherry picks,
misrepresents facts, and lies about everything.
How is it possible to be wrong about everything without regard for any of the written facts, photos,
and other documentation? For someone who claims expertise in residential real estate, he appears
to be ignorant of or disregards applicable laws, codes, and regulations. He responded to my letter of
9/03 on 9/16 so one has to think that he read it. Due diligence, anyone? I have to conclude he chose
to disregard any truth or fact that impeded his support of the landlord's flagrant fraudulent rental of
the unit, and their violations of law, UDC, and DSPS regulations.
