Move Out - Condition

Knowing I was far beyond merely angry at this expensive destruction of life as I'd known it & my annihilated goals in moving to Wisconsin, I've been asked a few times in what condition I left the unit.
5 1/2 months had elapsed since I'd moved in to #6.  After getting the last box out, I had to invest time & money again to accomplish the 'moving in' process in another unit.
No one would be surprised to learn that I was exhausted and my entire body ached.  Adhesions from the mastectomy surgery & radiation imposed additional pain & problems.

Obviously, Five Skies had not conducted their business in a reputable, lawful manner to date from my first contact to the last. I had no expectation that they would change their behavior given the
foreshadowing of Nick's email of 07/01.   He had written that the screens were bowing because "cats were resting in the sills with regularity." I could see where this was going to go with the scofflaw
Kedrowskis.  I'd bet that you can too.  Neither my 22 lb cat nor my 11 lb cat could or would choose to sit, lay, or rest on sills that are maybe 3" wide with a raised metal edge. I always
provide comfortable window seating with sofas, chairs, or other furniture.

I returned to #6 a few days later to clean.   I did leave the ½ bath sink full of bright orange water like the water shown in the video of 10/29.  Many, many empty gallon water jugs were left in the
full bath.   Because the following things were in place when I moved in, I felt fine about:  leaving dirty windows, leaving the dead bugs in the light fixtures, dead bugs on the sills, and the residue
of the self-cleaning oven stayed put.  Nevertheless, the unit was much cleaner when I moved out than when I moved in.

These are the photos I was able to take before the battery in my phone died; then I dropped the keys in their #15 mail slot.
In court on 11/22, I learned that no one from Five Skies or Attorney Arendt knew that I had already constructively evicted myself.
