"The back door lock jams/sticks and the metal frame on the bottom of the door fell off after it caught the edge of the torn linoleum leaving a gap between door and floor."
"The repair of the torn linoleum prior to repairing/replacing the back door had the predictable result. After being rained on through the space between door and floor, the old linoleum is peeling back and will need repair again after the door is replaced/repaired. Re the back door
sticking/jamming: this situation has, not surprisingly, deteriorated and now the doorknob has to be turned back and forth very quickly several times (resulting in a swollen wrist) though it usually also requires a shoulder slam into the door to get it to release and open."
"The tub and door should have been looked at but hasn't (sic) yet due to some communication errors but will be shortly now that it has been added to the radar again." He claimed he'd establish a schedule to address "everything" on 7/03. Was neither the door nor the tub on the schedule for the 7/16 appointment?Did he forget that he said the door had to be replaced on 5/11 or is he lying?
Note: The tub's water pressure was never looked at. Allegedly, the purpose for replacing the unit's water pipes was the water pressure.
Joey was "looking at doors" 5/26, 8/22 or 23, & 9/11.On 9/12, Joey wrote they had back-ordered the door - 4 months since 5/11; 5 months minimum to possible replacement.
