This entire paragraph is a truckload of horse pucky.
► My neighbor did not disconnect the septic line. Things, especially old things, break: the connection between two pipes broke.
► Not 24 hrs but 48 hours on 8/24, Kurt made the first of four visits to deal with the disconnected pipes.
► The sewage spewed from the improperly capped septic pipe on MY lawn not
from the broken septic line.
► The sewage was on my
lawn between full bathroom & my
bedroom (office) windows, not
the neighbor's lawn. (photos below)
Is your neighbor's lawn between two of the windows of your home?
► The sewage remained on my
lawn for 18 days
(time stamped photos below)
► Plumber returned 9/08 after Nick received my letter of 9/03 on 9/06; hosed sewage into lawn & connected outdoor water tap on my unit
(date/time-stamped photos below). He did not use bleach as required by Wisconsin DSPS.
► The cap was damaged? No. Damaged twice? No. Oh wait! Maybe he is referring to the ancient Folger's coffee container "cap" that was
there when I moved in 4/27 and remained in the same condition - broken & cracked - until 10/07. Another possibility is that the spewing sewage
damaged the cap. Photo showing the
original coffee can "cap"
was taken before June 19th when I still maintained the illusion that this situation might work out & I still had a few flowers & garden.
► After I contacted Wood County Health Dep't on 10/04, a new cap was installed on 10/07 - 47 days later - per Wood County Health Dept & DSPS regulations
(time-stamped photos below).
