DOCUMENTATION SUBMITTED BY ARENDT:                  NONE
   The actual facts in re Mr Arendt's misrepresentations & lies about screens are stated below:
► No verbal promise was made pre-move in
► Nick wrote on 4/20 in his email that "screens are in" 
► Nick wrote they were not aware of "many of the problems" with the unit's condition in his 5/10 email
► Not one screen was "replaced"
► Not one screen was "repaired"
► My email of 5/10 provides 9 pages of photos documenting the reality on 4/27 not Arendt's & Nick's lies
            Despite the photos of 5/10 & specifed date of 5/21, Arendt read my letter of 9/03 & responded to Joey about it on 9/16, yet Arendt claims on
            Oct 21 that screens were "replaced" and "repaired"
► Does due diligence mean anything at all to Arendt? Did he even read the complaint itself?  Do truth or facts mean anything at all to Arendt?
     He clearly prefers writing fiction.
► Is it okay with the Wisconsin Bar that an attorney in Wisconsin is  just making stuff up to protect a scofflaw landlord?

Flying Squirrel Nick claims (lies) in a 4/20 email: “We have screens in….”

My email of 5/10 provides 9 pages of photos showing the condition of screens & windows on 4/27 move-in of the filthy, torn and/or missing screens.

5/10: Nick wrote “…I was not aware of many of the problems…” and "I am forwarding your pictures on to our maintenance manager, Delbert so he is aware."

5/21  Nick & Joey tacked screen fabric over the filthy torn screens leaving the dead bugs on the window sills.  You can see the screen fabric sticking out from one of the windows.  I kept a small piece of the screen fabric. ► ► ►

6/30: I wrote to Nick:  “It’s great to have screens on the windows, though when the windows can’t be opened they actually serve little purpose.”

7/1:  He responded, “This is the first that I had heard that windows do not open…”  

The photo on far right is a collage of 3 of the photos from pgs 12-20 sent 5/10.  Nine (9) pages of photos with descriptions in the 5/10 email.

Maybe
► Nick didn’t actually look at the 5/10 pdf he forwarded on to Delbert (vehicle mechanic/maintenance manager) or read the simple list of 5/20 email?
OR
►  Nick's just lying (again).
Based on Arendt's email to the DATCP:
He is knowledgeable about everything pre-Day 1 of my tenancy and all days to the last.  He participated in the bogus appointment of 9/20.
In fact, neither he nor Nick & Joey knew that I had already constructively evicted myself.
Credit where credit is due:  He does work very hard to cover landlord's buttocks with lies, hogwash, & deception while padding a false court claim with a few extra dollars.

Is this how things are supposed to be done by a member of the Wisconsin Bar and Officer of the Court?
